12 Week Peachcamp
This 12-week program is designed to assist you in toning up all the major muscle groups in your lower body. Throughout the course of 12 weeks, we will be working out together 3 times per week. Each workout session is less than 1 hour. There is no extra equipment needed! All you need is a towel and the desire to go hard on every workout.
I will be guiding you from start to finish.
The 12 Week Program includes:
- 3 Live Workouts Virutally Every Week. (Playback Available if you miss the live session)
- Two Prescribed Cardio Sessions to be completed on your own.
- Bi-Weekly Live ZOOM meetings with Special Guests.
- Weekly Check-Ins (weigh-ins, measurements)
